I had an unfortunate interaction with this doctor. As soon as she entered the room she made a very rude joke regarding my name. The doctor had little to no regard for the pain i was in, and went on to express how unlikely she would do my surgery on the date requested because anesthesia isnt going to come just for me. Unfortunately that wasnt the end, as she explained the surgical procedure she implied the dangers of surgery in a way that made me fear she would intentionally harm me. I was informed by other doctors that my procedure would be quick and avoid the extensive recovery of alternative options, yet she stated she could accidentally puncture my uterus and i would wake up in the ER after emergency surgery.
Despite the pain, i stated to the practice that i no longer wish for her to perform my surgery. However she refused to remove her personal opinions about me and my medical status to my a doctor within the same practice (who later performed my surgery two months after the requested date). . Even when i had a follow up visit with my doctor regarding my surgery, she was heard asking why i was back. There is a difference between concern and maliciousness and from the very beginning of my care, it seemed to always point to the latter. After discovering that this doctor was still actively opining on my care, i have decided to seek another doctor outside the practice
Ramandeep you may be a good doctor to some, but i pray that you become a better person to all in the future.
