Checked in by a very unfriendly and short receptionist. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby I was brought to my exam room and was asked what I was here for. I told her just a routine, annual Pap smear and she proceeded to tell me its noted in my account that Im having a vaginal issue?? Super clueless as to where they got that information from. I Undressed and put on my gown on and as I proceeded to wait there for the doctor for another 20 minutes I looked around at the exam room and realized how filthy and dirty the room was! Dirty flooring, dirty sink, overfilled trash and needle dispenser, a catheter with blood still in it hanging out of the dispenser that was right next to the exam bed! *gross the overhead lamp used for gynecology exams was dirty! Mind you this is a Monday morning!! I immediately hopped up and put back on my clothes and walked right out of there. Still debating if I should contact the Virginia Department of Health for unclean practices. This is a health hazard! I followed my intuition ladies you should too!

Rude staff every time you call their office! I haven't gone to this doctor yet, but I will say that when you call their office, the staff is incredibly, unnecessarily rude...every single time. Simply speaking with their call staff is enough to make you want to cancel your appointment and schedule an appointment elsewhere to avoid having to deal with having to call in and speak to them in the future. Please train your staff to have better manners on the phone because every time I've called, has been the same thing, very unpleasant experience before even going to the doctor's office. Hope the office visit is more pleasant!
