the only reason i put 4 stars was for Allie/Ellie & Tammy. I sat down at 3pm & now leaving at 7:15. my total was $173 for nails, pedi, & eyebrows and i watched other people with the same services leave 2 hours before i did. Im extremely disappointed because time is of the essence. Also, the girl in the front started to rush all guest to close out tab before services were completed. Maybe there should be a new front desk customer representative. (nails were $100 alone so i was told) (toes white gel $58) (eyebrows $15) (4hours is insane)

Very thankful for them rescuing my nails. I had gone to another shop and they completely screwed them up. I came here after they were recommended by several people. They did magic!

I come here for SNS nails. I only book with Kelly. She's amazing and my nails last forever. However, sometimes they're late even if I have an appointment.

I tried to give this place a second chance but the level of unprofessionalism, unsanitary conditions, and rude behavior has gotten worse. I went in as a walk in for a soak off and full set with gel. They placed me with this younger guy working on the back row. He was extremely rude and left so much acrylic on my nails after a lazy soak off. He then asked me what color I wanted and I said acrylic with white gel. He then tells me that he will not paint my nails white because they will stain and look horrible, and he will only do white if I got SNS. I told him no I wanted a full set with white gel polish- as Ive gotten for years. He then said he refused to do them. I was super upset, and my nails hurt from the fresh soak off. I went to the front desk and they were shocked at his response and placed with an older woman. She was also very rude and unprofessional. She had me soak off excess acrylic still left on my nails in a metal tin that she was using to soak off the drill bits. I should have left at that point, abut my nails were so brittle. After getting my acrylic done, I paid the $60 due and left (without them even polished). Im so disgusted in the unprofessional, racism, and terrible encounters Ive had at this location. This place should be closed for lack of hygiene and nail etiquette. Please beware.
