Since we were coming in as first time home-buyers, Michelle was really great to work with. We didn't know what to expect and she was very patient and helpful guiding us through the process. We felt she brought a good honesty, pointing out things we wouldn't have known to look for and steering us in the right direction if something didn't seem "right" or could potentially be more of an issue down the line. Michelle was always quick to be in touch and she really listened to our input as to what we were hoping to find. After the purchase, she's been accessible for random questions and advice as well.
