Steve and his team, especially Meagan knocked it out of the park for us. We were in a super competitive area with houses going off market as soon as they come on. On top of that we had a condo with some loan restrictions. They were able to sale the condo, secure a rent back, and negotiate a premarket offer on our new home successfully. When I wanted them to explore alternate financing models, they went so far as to take an online course to help better educate me. I'm not the easiest person to work with, but they made the whole process easy. I highly recommend. Also, Meagan has a good eye for properties. Make sure you take her along on tours.

The Steve Patten Team was amazing from start to finish! They went above & beyond to help us get our property in Alexandria Va to a sellable condition, made recommendations, and sold our house quickly. Steves team and specifically Hershey did an amazing job from start to finish! They helped me from the time my tenants lease ended to referring contractors for my repairs, and finally listing my investment property for sale. They were very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Theyve also assisted me in finding new investment properties, I will be working with them here on out! 10/10!
