Bloom Health Centers - Arlington

This has changed my life! The facility is nice, staff is wonderful, everything is explained thoroughly. Highly recommended. I wish I had done it sooner!!!

Is this some kind of a scam or something? When I first called (2/29) they just lied and said they didn't take my insurance and tried to get me to pay out of pocket. I know people from my office use them with our insurance so I declined. Got a call back the next day from someone who informed me "they do take my insurance" and I was scheduled for a 530 virtual appt on 3/19. I signed in early and was called at 515 stating my Doctor would be late due to technical issues with "either his phone or his computer". Sat in the waiting room until 617. Called Bloom back and they said the doctor would be there shortly. 640 rolls around and I call back, now all of a sudden there is no doctor available for a virtual appointment but I was told he would call me instead. Surprise, there is no call back. I call them back the morning of 3/20 and now I have to wait another week for a 7am appointment. By the way I already paid for the appointment that I would not have gotten follow up on unless I called, despite leaving my number in their "call back que". I can't believe incompetence at this level is allowed in health care.
