I rarely get haircuts because I'm lazy, don't like small talk, and get anxious about meeting new people. I haven't met a stylist who I click with, so all my haircut appointments are one-and-done with stylists. Until recently, when I had the pleasure of visiting Cassie at Luna & Sol Hair Co. for a hair appointment, I can confidently say that she is one of the most talented hairstylists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I walked into the salon, Cassie's warm and friendly personality immediately put me at ease. The conversation with her flowed naturally; it felt like I was getting a haircut from a friend. Throughout the appointment, Cassie showed remarkable knowledge and expertise in hair care and styling. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and offered some fantastic suggestions based on her extensive experience. Her attention to detail was awe-inspiring, and she ensured every aspect of my hair was perfect before I left the salon. In the end, the result was nothing short of spectacular. I have a rare curl pattern (wavy and kinky) and am going gray which has done no favors for my texture. I had only ever found one other stylist who did curly hair, but she was more of a colorist, so for the first forty-odd years of my life I had had to resort to cutting my own hair (poorly but still better than any other stylist I'd gone to). When I stumbled on Cassie's salon I thought it might be too good to be true. I am pleased to assert that Cassie has been a miracle worker! Not just in the curly cut and color, which has enabled me to grow my hair all the way down to my waist, but also in her recommendations for home care between services.
