This review is way past overdue, but I wanted to make sure to share my experience. I came to Smitten ready to color for the first time, but had no idea where to even start. The receptionist, after listening to what I was kind of looking for, recommended I see Regan. I got scheduled for my cut and color on separate dates. My cut was absolutely outstanding. Regan did an incredible job and nearly four months later, it still looks great! She consulted me on color and we decided to do balayage at my next appointment. Having been my first time doing anything outside of a cut with my hair, I was pretty nervous about how it would turn out. By the time we finished, it looked beautiful, but it was a little more blonde than I expected. I agreed to let it grow on me (Im a dark brunette) because it might have just been a little bit of a change factor that I had to get used to. After a few days, I still felt like the color was too light and called Regan back to understand my options. Regan was the absolute best. She got me in ASAP to tone it down some, made me feel super comfortable about telling her how I was feeling, and I left feeling and looking great (not that it was bad the first time-just not me)! Sometimes it takes a few rounds to communicate the right thing with your stylist but we got there quickly and I cant thank her enough! Her professionalism and quick help to get us to a better look was greatly appreciated and I will 100% be back to see her again.
