F45 Training Penrose

I am workout junkie! Ive done all kinds of fitness from lifting, to dance fitness, Zumba, spinning, HITT etc. F45 is by far my most favorite studio/gym. The workouts are intense but you can go at your own pace and the coaches engage a lot to help you with form. Great environment and if you put in the work you will def see results!

I love this place! From the welcoming people, coaches who care and help me get my form right, to the amazing workouts, I couldnt recommend this enough. I am getting stronger, and even though Im in my 40s and not the leanest anymore, I feel right at home. Seeing a diverse crowd of fitness enthusiasts who range from beginners to athletes, I feel supported and encouraged in every class. Plus the workouts change and its never boring! Highly recommend trying it out, especially at the Penrose location :)

What a great F45 studio! I got to visit while traveling in the area and did an early morning class. The area and facility is beautiful, the trainers were great, and the F45 workout is always a winner! Don't go anywhere else!
