        FIRST time ordering from this store. Placed my order last night and have been calling since this morning to see what time it will be delivered. The last person at 11:00 am said 2:00pm and now it is 2:42pm and it has yet to arrive. I have called the store 5 times and no one picks up the phone. There is a chance the person will leave work early, and my surprise still has not arrived and no one is willing to take responsibility, or provide any customer support. Edible arrangements is a big chain and I thought they could be trusted to deliver gifts but I am highly disappointed with this store. I am still waiting for the delivery at this point and need someone to contact me.

        Specifically told them that I had an allergy to pineapple and asked for it to be substituted. As you can see in the picture, it was delivered with tons of pineapple. Its funny that people in retail want to be paid more but cant follow simple and written instructions.

        We had a last minute order for a senior citizen group of Arlington Virginia. They planned a picnic event. I called Edible at N. Quincy street and explained that I wanted to make it special for the seniors and if they could assist me with creating an arrangement for me to pick up. The lady that took the order was so friendly and nice she said yes I can pick it up. The arrangement was beautiful
