        Needs serious upkeep. Went because it was described as a cafe - more of a bunch of tables with access to public restrooms. This would have been fine if the restrooms had been in working order. Two of the men's stalls were compromised - as their partition had been breached by an aperture. Many of the shops in this space are closed or are actively going out of business. It's almost tragic to see the verve in the photos from years past compared to the shell it is now. I would not be surprised if the project is abandoned in the years to come. A shelter from the rain, nevertheless.
