They suck , they are very unorganized. They lie to there workers bout diffrent Job position. They definitely don't care about there part-time workers and if you have real life situations going on ,they dont care they want you keep showing up for them .

I absolutely love my part time job with Classic Concierge. I started January 17th 2023 and looking forward to many years with the company. This company definitely has growth opportunities.

Builders, Property Managers, Condo Boards and all other allied professional should avoid engaging Classic Concierge for services. The manner in which good employees are treated is pathetic. The people placed in "leadership" positions lack the worldly wisdom, maturity, and experience to conduct their duties with the degree of professionalism and integrity vital for the job. The company does not want employees to interact with "the client" which, in fact, is their bread and butter. There is seemingly backbiting from within and among employees. The company, in my professional opinion, lacks sensitivity and compassion for their employees, particularly in emergency situations, and places too much emphasis on writing up employees for any little thing rather than teaching, training, and coaching appropriately. The communication from the top regarding correspondence is ignored, which is highly unprofessional, and avoidance appears to be their modus operandi. I suggest potential employees look elsewhere, and I recommend that properties do not engage their services. Thumbs down to them!
