This is literally the most unprofessional recruiting agency Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Anytime Ive had a bad experience with a recruiter, theyve been from Mondo. They dont bother to look at your resume so instead they end up wasting your time by scheduling a call just to tell you that you dont have the skills needed for the job, which they wouldve known if they had bothered to read your resume. I also had one recruiter be super pushy about getting on a FaceTime call right after our phone screen, and when I said it wasnt a good time for me to hop on a FaceTime at that moment, she ghosted me. I will actively make sure not to respond to anyone from this agency moving forward.

Im not sure whats going on with this company. I receive 3-5 emails about job opportunities every day, yet when I respond with my resume and best times to discuss the positions, its dead silence and I never hear from anyone. At this point they are just spamming my inbox.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. I had sent in an a resume after being prompted by the individual Id spoken to over their company phone line. After several days, as I am close by, I walked over to the office to see whether or not they had received anything. Turns out they dont ever come in to their actual work place. Perhaps if you wish to pull a prank on someone, recommend this agency to them!

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, she was initially friendly and attentive but did not attend to the meeting we had scheduled for the next day. Then we rescheduled for later the same day and she also did not attend that meeting. She did not apologize, cancel, or offer to reschedule. I felt like this was disrespectful and unprofessional.
