Dr. Bansal is the best doctor one could ask for. He genuinely cares for his patients and treats them with the kindness, respect and dignity that is all too often missing in healthcare today. He is patient and attentive. He goes above and beyond for his patients, and I have so much peace knowing my loved ones are under his care.

Dr. Bansal has been my primary care physician for several years now and I cannot express enough how great he is. He has always been very easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable enough to discuss any medical concerns or questions I have ever had. If you are looking for a primary care physician, I highly, highly, highly recommend you speak to Dr. Bansal! He is the best!

I saw Dr. Arun Bansal at Patient First back in January of 2023. I came in to get a deep cut under my eye examined and cleaned up. Long story short - he accidentally glued my eye shut and got the medical super glue in my eye. He had to cut my (natural) eyelashes in order for me to open that eye. The pain I experienced getting glue in my eyeball and not knowing if I had permanent damage to my eye was traumatizing. At the end of my appointment, with my eye still burning and it barely being able to be open, Dr. Bansal said to me medically speaking, youre fine. Before and after pictures attached. You can see how red my eye was in the after picture and you can see the glue attached to my lashes that had to be cut. After my visit with Dr. Bansal, and leaving in worse condition than what I arrived with, I had to see an optometrist to assess the damage caused by Dr. Bansal. I do not recommend Dr. Bansal if youre seeking a doctor with empathy, bedside manner, or accountability.
