In the year and a half I have lived here, overall I can say Ive had a good experience. The building is a mix of young professionals, families, and some older folks who have lived in the building for a long time.
The property is well maintained and generally, the building is on top of keeping things in working order and updating the residents about what is going on.
The metro stop opening in the past year has made it possible to live here or commute into DC without a car which is more appealing as 395 traffic can be frustrating sometimes. I can also be through security and at my gate door to door in 25 minutes which is nice. I also never hear the airplanes coming and going, just sometimes the trains and helicopters but overall its very quiet around here.
Living above the Harris Teeter is also incredibly convenient. There is also a Giant, Target, and Beer & Wine less than a mile away, as well as an Aldi a bit further.
My biggest complaint with this location was that there were no bars/cafes within walking distance but that is slowly changing as the Crystal City boom spreads further south.

This is a very beautiful property, and it is a great pleasure to visit it as Zenzi , and Darcy the property managers are very friendly here one feels at home.
