        Dominique, at pentagon city, was fantastic today! She helped me with my screen protector for my watch and let me know about upgrades for my phone and thanks to her great sales pitch, I ended up leaving with a new phone, which was not planned but Im pleased!

        I went to the store on 12/16/23 to simply get a phone for a Christmas gift. Instead my sales rep was so pushy that they FORCED a DirectTV on me. I knew I had no intention of using or keeping the service. I returned the device a week later unopened. They did not check it in properly and now Im being charged for a device that I dont have. To fix it is requiring appointments, repeated visits and a huge headache. DONT USE THIS STORE. Use another that will let you simply get what you truly want.
