Gentle Skin Care

I bought two 60-minute microdermabrasion sessions at Gentle Skin Studio through Groupon last year. Unfortunately, the experience was far from gentle. The esthetician was impolite and did not engage in any communication with me. The cleanliness of the spa also seemed questionable. Following this visit, I decided not to return due to feeling fearful about my initial encounter.

Jackie double dips on waxes. .. kind of ruined my wax experience. I will be going back to doing it at home myself. Also shes not a people person and was on the phone while doing my Brazilian.

Believe the bad reviews. I dont think anyone is licensed here, thats why they lock the door during business hours and make ppl wait outside. Bought a microderm package on Groupon, there was zero difference, and she refused to give me the last two remaining microderms claiming I had used them but I counted and I did not. Got my nails done there one time after a microderm bc the owner basically made me (I already have a nail salon I like) and they were worse than cosmetology students work. I see from pics they have not improved in the 3 years since then. Baby you have to use the buffing drill to smooth out dip powder. thats why their work looks lumpy. Tech couldnt even do a basic ombr nail. I have no idea how this place hasnt been shut down or raided yet.
