I have patronized this shop for 9 years. I was initially drawn in by the offer of a hot towel, scalp massage, and complimentary soda upon leaving in addition to attractive pricing and quality services. During the Covid induced closures, Dana remodeled the facility with new floors, fixtures, chairs, and lighting plus plastic shields. Unfortunately, the prices were increased to match and sodas are no longer offered. It now appears that credit card acceptance has been eliminated and this is a cash only business. The scalp massage has been reduced from very good to cursory and now even eliminated entirely. I can no longer recommend this business and may very well cease patronizing it myself. Service: Haircut

I have been patronizing this establishment for more than seven years. Now, I must downgrade my review from five stars to one star. The included drinks are no longer included. The massage has dwindled from wonderful to cursory and was completely gone on my last visit. In the interim, they have instituted aggressive price increases. For these reasons, I no longer recommend this place and may very well no longer patronize it myself. Service: Haircut
