        Where do I begin. I called this branch to inquire about opening a checking account with a check received by a business that has an account there. My question was, if I were to open an account there with this check, what are the Funds Availability guidelines. The person could not give me a straight answer and flat out told me they couldnt help me. This person also told me it takes 30 days to develop a relationship. Maybe Im missing something. I just want to open a checking account. Being discriminated even without setting foot into an establishment is a whole new experience.

        It's 3:38 they close at 4pm it's already locked and I can see workers still sitting at their desks, really unprofessional.
