Used this shop through Geico. They were great communicators and allowed me to keep my car at their lot a few days as I was out of town for pickup.
However, when I came to pick it up, it was missing some parts. Allegedly, Geico requests they use aftermarket parts - so watch out if youre a Geico customer.
But they were very kind and drive me home and then dropped off my car later. However, they did leave some painters tape near the gas cap.
Anyway - Id give 5 stars but attention to detail was lacking. Panels were also lined up Tesla style when put back on (sort of out of wack re: alignment).
I probably wouldnt go back, but they did fine work.

Ive been to lots of body shops because I am an idiot, but this was by far the best experience. My car was ready earlier than anticipated and they did a great job with the repair.

Collision Care of Arlington did the work from an accident in a really timely (less than 10 days) manner, with amazing service. My car was vaccuumed out, oil was added to the engine, and the repairs were immaculate. Then they offered to return my Enterprise rental, allowing me to complete the process quickly. Would use them again!

I cant say enough good things about Collision Care Accident Repair. From the time that I came in to drop off my car, the general manager took great care of me. He and his team were very communicative, made sure the car was repaired to its original condition and I was able to just come pick up my car when it was complete. I would absolutely recommend them for your repair needs!
