I recently toured the Barton House, and Rayne-Marie showed me around on this tour, and I had a great experience touring the Barton House with her! She was very easy to talk with and very professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Barton House. What truly sets this place apart and makes it feel like home are the amazing staff members. James and Michael in maintenance are absolutely spectacular. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and are always ready to assist with a smile. While there are some trade-offs for the affordable price, such as no in-unit laundry and limited control over AC and heat, the exceptional care provided by the maintenance team and concierge compensates for it, as does the ideal and metro-accessible location.

I went on a tour of this place today. Awesome location, very nice building with friendly staff. Rayne-Marie Morales showed me around and was able to give me all the highlights that I needed in a short amount of time. Im really impressed with the staff.
