BE CAREFUL. Toured this past summer and was NOT shown the unit I'd be living in, instead, I was shown a different unit that gave me much higher expectations. Unit has narrow windows with very little natural light. Windows only open 4 inches, so it's incredibly difficult to ventilate the apartment. When I complained to management, I was told I'd have to move into a unit that costed significantly more to have something comparable to what I toured. INCREDIBLY overpriced for the area, your money can go A LOT further elsewhere.

Rahab and team provided an exceptional leasing experience, making the process efficient, seamless, and effortless. Her lightning-fast email responses ensured that any questions I had were promptly addressed. After touring the building in-person a while ago, Rahab took the time out of her day to provide me with a video refresher, reigniting my excitement for this place. I look forward to moving into the Waycroft and calling Ballston my new home.

I give 5 stars solely on the fact that I submitted an inquiry about this property being ADU (Affordable Units) as I do not see anything mentioned on their website about this property being so and especially for the prices listed for 2-3 bedroom units. I received a response within 24hrs. Im saddened that there arent any available at this time. I will still schedule a tour just to see how building is for when the time a unit is available.
