We have loved our experience dealing with Carole and her staff. The apartments are spacious but a little outdated. The location is second to none, 6 minute drive to Georgetown, Roslyn or Ballston. Our son has lived there for over a year now.

Morene apartments is a wonderful place to live. They have generous spacing in a quiet neighborhood. Best of all, just a minutes walk from a grocery store. Perfect for young professionals working from home. The landlady is very kind and responsive to any requests or issues that come up. Rent is very reasonable!

Great location, considerate owner..!
We loved living here. Location is great! walkable to restaurants and gorgeous green space. Manager Ms. Lewis is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. When we toured she made us feel already at home. Great public transportation options just down the block. very responsive to maintenance requests. Apartments are well equipped and comfortable.

My in-laws very grateful to the owner of this building for her hospitality when they moved here as refugees. My spouse and I often visit with our baby and we love to say hello to Carole. The apartment is the most spacious and affordable I've seen in North Arlington. There is parking and it's a walkable area.

We loved living here for over three years, from 2019 to now. Our two-bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I, our cat, and our two toddlers. The apartment is in a wonderful neighborhood bordering both Cherrydale and historic Maywood. It is a very quick drive via Spout Run or Langston Boulevard to Washington, D.C. or you can ride the bus or bike or run to D.C. via the Custis Trail. It is quick and easy to walk to the grocery store, hardware store, florist, daycare, coffee shops and restaurants as well as many great playgrounds, parks, and schools. Our two-bedroom apartment was on the first floor with a nice patio enclosed with boxwoods where my toddlers loved to feed the birds and watch the airplanes which fly up the Potomac from DCA. The bedrooms were very large with seven closets in our apartment, plus a storage closet in the laundry room. Our landlord was always very kind and attentive to maintenance issues and took great care to meet our maintenance needs with special products that are safer for babies. This was a wonderful place to start our family and we leave with fond memories as we move out-of-state to be closer to family.
