I used this company last year when my water went completely out they came out after a few days and fixed our water and it was only fixed temporarily for a few hours. We called them back to fix it again and they came out after a few days and got it to work again. After a few months my water stopped working yet again so I called 3 weeks ago and asked if someone could come out and fix my water. The woman was not polite and said they would come out but she didnt know when it would be. Its been 3 weeks and Ive had no calls and I didnt even bother this time trying to call again because last time she had an attitude when I would ask when they would be coming out and her reply is always I dont know when theyll be there. We called Hickory today and they literally came out within hours of calling and fixed our water and was quoted and paid all in the same day. I will never recommend this business to anyone or ask them to fix anything for me. Not to mention when you go inside to pay the place looks like an episode of hoarders theres papers and junk everywhere very unprofessional in all categories. Service: Pump repairs & installation

They were a complete failure on my property. Fred Jones Well Co did nothing but make a mess, leave it behind they simply did a poor job overall and I would not recommend them at all. They perpetrated numerous code violations which were documented by the county. their employees behaved in a unsafe manner risking equipment and other peoples safety.

We have been working with this company for over 10 years and they are horrible!! Instead of fixing our well they kept telling us to pour bleach in it when we found out there was topsoil leaking into our well because of a cracked casing. The pumps continually fail because the well is not deep enough and it is pumping muddy water. The staff was rude to us because we refused to pay for a new pump when they decided they weren't going to honor the warranty on it. Then they couldn't produce paperwork on what we purchased but claim we owe them over $1000. They continue to threaten to take us to court and we actually want to go so we can solve this matter. Our advice is to find a different company!!!! The new staff in recent years after the passing of the owner have horrible customer service skills....TAKE A CLASS!!!
