        After Mr Franklin offered to help with our insurance needs I emailed and requested a quote. He couldn't be bothered to respond to my request. Further more he felt it necessary to discuss my insurance with other people. Definitely very poor service.

        I have used Kenneth Franklin Insurance agency since I purchased my first car. Carole and Lorraine are both amazing to deal with. They're always available when you need something. It is very easy to get new quotes from them or make payments. They'll even let you know a few days before your payment is due with a phone call.
