WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They rush you throughout your entire appointment. and on top of that if you owe money back to IRS they will automatically take money out of your account! DO NOT SHARE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITH THEM. They do not respect your decision. My husband clearly let them know he did NOT WANT THE MONEY PULLED OUT OF THE ACCOUNT. They processed state taxes to come out 1300 dollars. They argued with him saying he did not want Federal to come out only State. That was never said to them. They need to slow down and PAY ATTENTION to their clients. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. We are not new to this we have always owe money back to the IRS and we have done pay plans before. Do not trust these people, the processing fee also changed from last year they charge everyone differently there is no flat rate.SCAMMERS PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
