I had a fantastic experience working with Brandy and the Alpha Rain crew. They did a total roof replacement and added some high performance venting and heat reflective features on my updated/expanded 1800s log cabin/farmhouse. I got 3 bids on this job. Theirs was in the middle but offered many more features. The crew was fast and efficient and kept the job site super clean. Alpha Rain has installed two roofs for me; one on an historic 18th C house and one on a farmhouse. I love their roofs! I had a small wind damage issue 8 years after their installation on the 18th C home. I called to see what I needed to do to fix the slipped piece and they said they would send a crew by to fix it; which they did within the week! It doesnt get better than this! Thank you Alpha Rain! Our experience with Alpha Rain from the very start, was wonderful. We originally were working with a couple different vendors during an insurance claim process. After several months of back no forth with insurance and other vendors, we contacted Brandy at Alpha Rain. He was quick to respond, and setup a on site visit with one of his employees to collect more details. Alpha Rains quote was reasonable, and they took time to walk us through their recommendation made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We were traveling for a bit, and reached back out when we were ready, and even though they were scheduled out for a couple months, they were able to fit us in between other projects in a matter of a couple weeks. They were onsite for a few days. The crew was friendly, professional, and did great work. Once they finished, they were thorough in their cleaning, and our roof looks great! If youre in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend giving Brandy and Alpha Rain a call for a bid. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Alpha Rain is a fabulous metal roofing business. The last two homes I've owned have had metal roofs installed by Alpha Rain. The current roof is over 7 years old and I still get asked by people if it is brand new. The customer service and work ethic is like none other you will find in this area, they are responsive, diligent and do a wonderful job. Service: Roof installation
