This is the worst property managment company I have ever dealt with and I would not send anyone to rent from them ever again after witnessing first hand their dishonest practices. I can not say enough bad about them for their treatment of a military family who left their property better than they found it, and were charged bogus fees on a walk through they refused to do until after the family left. Awful. Just awful. Terrible people who should not be trusted. I don't give bad reviews but this one is completely deserved. Until they go back and make it right, they are garbage in my eyes.

Very Bad experience with this company. It is not for small Landlords. Everything was good till I signed the lease. After that it seems like I'm managing the property and paying them for free. The property manager is creating miscommunications. Stay away.

PPM has done a fantastic job managing my rentals. They are responsive to my tenants requests and operate with the highest level of professionalism I have seen for some time. It is very difficult to find a top-notch property management companies. These guys far exceed my expectations.
