My family and I have been coming to this location for years. Yesterday March 30, My family and I were extremely racially profiled and discriminated against. The waitresses lied, questioned, and provided a different and better service to the other tables with 5+ people (groups). We are extremely disappointed and do not want to continue to go where we are not wanted.

The amount of meat is large and the quality is good compared to the price. The seasoned ribs are so delicious. The people working there are very friendly and give you plenty of side dishes when you ask for them, which is great. One thing that was disappointing was that the smoke didn't come out so my eyes hurt. The music is too loud.

Wow. Liked this place in the past. Worst experience Ive had here. Place was largely empty during prime time on a Friday night. I guess I can see one reason. We are two non-Koreans. Bare minimum service. No one checked on us or asked if we needed anything even once during the entire meal. No manager in sight and the staff generally acted disinterested. Really negative atmosphere. Will go to one of their many better-managed competitors next time.
