Tyler did an incredibly thorough job going over every room and system in the house we have under contract! He took the time to highlight problems he noticed as he went along, explaining everything carefully. After he sent us the report (complete with photos and descriptions), he responded right away to our questions.

We had an incredibly thorough and informative inspection by Tyler, who informed us of his findings at each stage of the inspection and afterward provided a detailed report with a photograph of each issue. He made himself available afterward for any questions we might have, and he responded quickly and completely to the questions we raised. An absolute professional who gave us full confidence that all the problems with the house had been uncovered.

Very glad I followed the recommendation to use EnlightenHome Inspections. Zach was very thorough and explained everything In terminology a first time buyer can understand. The report of the inspection was very detailed which we help me focus on what to prioritize for updates/repairs. You wont be disappointed hiring these guys!

Have used Enlighten Home Inspection three times now and would highly recommend. Isaac and his team were great to work with from the initial scheduling to providing advice following the home inspection. Everyone I encountered was eager to assist, including with squeezing in an inspection with little notice. Isaac was very knowledgeable and thorough during each inspection, and detailed in documenting findings in the final report, with pictures and videos. He helped identify which issues should be addressed immediately as safety concerns and which smaller issues could benefit from low cost preventative maintenance to prevent a bigger issue down the road. Was very satisfied with their service and felt much more confident about home purchases after Isaacs assessment.
