I never take the time to do reviews, but I had to this time because I did not like the way I was treated. I went to see Dr. Kim based on the positive reviews, it almost felt like he was annoyed with me. I went 3 times and on the third appt his assistant told me at the end that they would call me to schedule the follow up because the Dr was busy, but a week went by and nothing. I called back because I am in pain and do need to be treated, and the Dr picked up the phone and I can tell right away he was annoyed and asked if I was still in pain and I though that was an odd question given Ive reached for a follow up. It feels as if because I am not Asian I was not welcome there. Clearly I never going back, but need to put this here, because people are people no matter what you look like and you would think he would be happy to have new patients.

I came to visit after being involved in a car accident, and it was very nice that they kindly explained things to me over the phone before my first visit and treated me kindly during my visit until the treatment was completed. In addition to being kind, the teachers were also very helpful, which greatly helped my body recover quickly.

I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staffs. They are extremely professional and pleasant to work with. If you are lucky, you will get to pet JJ who some times work there to cheer people up.
