Fairmont has some great staff and a rockstar administrator! I know the patients are well cared for under her leadership!

My mother was in this facility and even though she passed away here on 7/14/23 she had the most caring staff to look after her. I cant say enough about how well they done. My family and I were very thankful for you all. The only downfall I could see here was the food did not look appealing at all but thats not the staffs fault and my mother would not eat anymore.

Mother in-law was taken there Feb 16. She's on 10 different life sustaining medications that were not given to her for over 24 hrs until her daughter walked in. Even then they refused to give her meds because the hospital had supposedly not sent them over. My wife started to give her the meds and the nurses confronted her, saying she couldn't give them to her. Of course my wife laughed and gave the meds. My mother in-law was incoherent and in massive pain which meant nothing to the staff. There was no water in site and a pill laying on the floor from some other patient. Her bed sheets had slid from her bed leaving her extremely cold which was causing the pain. We watched the staff walk back and forth ignoring her situation. She was immediately taken from there to the hospital, where her meds were administrated accordingly. PS all of the good reviews are either fabricated or done by employees because this place less than third world care.
