        It was just okay. When you walk in no one speaks to you. I sat there and then checked myself in no one said a word until they were done with their client and checking out. Then and only then did she ask if I had checked in and took my son back. She wasn't rude but wasn't friendly at all. I wont be coming back. It was expensive haircut and the customer service was severely limited.

        I went in and showed what I wanted with a Picture and told her that I wanted a inverted bob with layers, wanted it chin length. She butchered my hair, it is way shorter than what I wanted, i am horrified by it. It is so short it can’t be fixed. I will never go there again. My hair is in no way even and is cut like a mans hair would be in the back. I am truly horrified and have to go out like this. I don’t even want to leave my home. The look on my husbands face when he seen it said it all. We are in shock..
