I am giving a 4 because from the time I had my vehicle there it was extremely hard to get in touch with someone. However their customer service once I arrived to pick up was great. No issues with the Repair either.

It simply needs to be shared to help others. Complete lack of communication between departments and to their prospective customers. After calls, voicemails and emails to follow up on an appointment made through their website that was not met after a 90 minute drive, the vehicle wasn't even on site. I was asked to return later, but was called and emailed by the salesperson that the vehicle was expected on the next day. I had already taken a day off, so asked to be called when it was available. Meanwhile my credit was ran twice over three days, with the vehicle not even present to obtain a loan for. No response from the salesperson, or a call in to the supervisor. Now over a week later I am emailed that the vehicle was already sold. Zero management structure, neglectful customer service and now multiple hits on my credit when they had no intention on selling me the vehicle that I applied for. I plan to contact Chrysler on this unprofessional location.
