        Hailey's Appliance was highly recommended to us as we needed to replace the washer & dryer in our townhouse. We checked out their Website & read the many reviews by customers. We liked that it was a family owned business with a very professional long-standing reputation in the Lynchburg/Forest area. Our initial visit was for advise in finding a reputable appliance repair service person. We met Edie, who patiently listened to our issue & answered many question. Her friendly smile put us at ease and we followed through on her suggestions. When it became apparent that both machines needed to be replaced, we returned to Hailey's and meet Sydney. Again we were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Sydney listened to us and then proceeded to show us a set that would meet our need. She was highly knowledgeable about all the machines, and then took her time and explained every feature of the brand she recommended and why. When we settled on the purchase, we were again delighted with the whole purchasing process. We appreciated that the purchase costs (which was so reasonable compared to the big box stores), provided installation, removal of old machines, and future service needs if there were issues - all to be taken care of by Hailey's Appliance. The great part was we did not have a long wait for delivery & installation. Happy Days for us seniors as no more going to the laundromat! We will definitely recommend this company to ALL our family and friends. We guarantee you won't be disappointed.

        We purchased a refrigerator in August and returned in October to purchase a range hood. Edie is very friendly and knowledgeable. Both transactions went very smoothly. Highly recommending them to anyone.
