Crystal Coven is my new go to spot. I went there unsure of exactly what I needed and Emma sat with me and helped me understand what she would recommend and then other options that were available. She was patient and kind and did an AMAZING job. Seriously, if you need a new waxer this is the place to go!

Emma is amazing!! She is so good at what she does, and very professional and personable, I always look forward to chatting with her during our appointments. Her studio is clean, comfortable, and aesthetically unique, in the best way. Her prices are fair, and she works with her clients to give them everything they want. I'm a regular client, and I at one point asked for a brow shape she had never tried before (she's very experienced, it's just an unusual shape) - she was honest with me that she hadn't done it, but was excited to try it, and my trust in her was not misplaced - it turned out perfect! She's also very knowledgeable and able to answer any question I have about her services or aftercare. Her services are worth every penny and more.

My experience at Crystal Coven was extremely positive and I look forward to being a returning customer! Emma is extremely good at what she does - she is respectful, professional, and kind. She is clearly an expert and answers all your questions about waxing and after-care. While a wax could be an uncomfortable experience, Emma is extremely skilled and the whole process is done so efficiently, that it is relaxed and easy. She knows what she is doing!! Plus, she has created a stylish space that is extremely clean - I really appreciate all the safety and sanitation steps she takes.
