Sheldon and Mason work at this location and have went above and beyond for me as a customer. I was going to complain and get my money back from a messed up hitch job done at a different location but these guys fixed the problem and did everything they could to solve the multiple
issues. Just because of their excellant customer service I left completely satisfied and didnt even want the refund. They definitely made up for it. Raises for employees like this. Thanks again guys

U-Haul off Edsall Road in Alexandria, Virginia has proven to be a good idea. I went online seeking a way to move my belongings into storage. Expensive options wouldnt be able to book me at such short notice (less than 2-weeks). I begrudgingly went to the U-Haul website to find a lot of options that would work with my timeline and money constraints. Yes!
Looking to save money on a move took me to the closest location for renting a U-Haul truck. I didnt expect to be offered local labor for the project, too. However, I ended up using a couple of amazing day-laborers.
I found flexibility with scheduling the pick up and drop off of the vehicle and there werent any additional changes tacked on.
This location has so many trucks and vans and an assortment of moving equipment to make for an easier move. I got two dollies for my workers, a mattress cover, boogie boards and tape from their spacious store. My move cost around $400 for a 10 truck, the two men AND a local storage unit!! (I drove less than 5 miles, and was glad with my decision to use U-Haul.
I recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of Edsall Rd in Alexandria, Virginia to all in need of a rental truck for moving. They are more than likely to have what you are looking for.

The customer service was very professional and extremely supportive while renting a truck. The staff also shared great information about their storage capabilities and the feedback was beyond helpful.

Super helpful staff! Deana and Lanie are excellent and went out of their way to help me on a tight schedule. The location might be a bit out of the way for some, but they made everything easy.
