Old Town Free Trolley Stand, King Street

Wonderful service! I enjoyed knowing I can take a free beautiful trolley while it has been raining. Stops are very easy to spot , and there is always a trolley available. They are clean and comfortable. There is no better way to move around Old Town Alexandria.

In time past has been great. But this afternoon (12-6-2022) at 3:52pm, trolley #401 pulled up to the Metro stop, let off one passenger, then slammed the doors on the first person trying to get on -- literally bumped them with the door -- and drove across the parking lot and just sat there. No common courtesy " hey, you'll need to wait for another trolley" or anything to let us know they were no longer in service. Just rudeness. Fire the lady driving, she's bad for business.
