@LaFire - We are sorry about your experience & of course it doesnt feel good to see your review. Per what you said your experience is from over 6-years ago & ownership has changed since then in 2019. As all can read below, for the most part, we are helping a lot of customers in the right or in the most honest way. We wish you would contact us first instead of giving a bad review for something that happened over 6 years ago by a different operator/ownership. Please give us a chance & lets impress you. My experience with this business from start to finish was exceptional. Not only was every aspect of the transaction handled in a professional and knowledgeable way, but they also worked through looming issues such as supply chain disruption (out of their control) to finish a transmission rebuild and engine tune-up BEFORE the expected completion date. My 2014 Chevy Silverado, in all seriousness, runs just as good now as it did the day I bought it, and I attribute that to this organization's ability to get things done thoroughly and completely. I strongly recommend going here first for an assessment and staying away from the dealerships (they don't have the know-how).
