Alexandria History Tours

My family really enjoyed this walking tour of Alexandria with our tour guide Wayne. He was extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and very entertaining stories. A wonderful way to see and learn about the history of Alexandria. He had my 11 and 15yo and my family engaged the entire tour. Highly recommend this tour! Also Tim who organized the tour was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. He helped us work around the weather and really cared that my family had the best tour experience possible.

The Alexandria History Tour is a wonderful dive into Alexandria rich history, Tims attention to detail and his absolute love of Alexandria makes the tour fun as you too fall in love with the historical gem. My husband and I really enjoyed the history of Old Town Alexandria tour. Tim was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. My husband and I will definitely be booking another one of the Alexandria history tours, and look forward to bringing our family when they come from out of town to visit. Thanks Tim!

I was in Alexandria and had a day to sight see. Not knowing where to start, I decided it best to go with a local tour guide. Great decision!!!!! Tim was knowledgeable about the history of the area and was enthusiastic to share his knowledge. Great guy, great tour, and I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Alexandria.

Tim was a great tour guide! He is very knowledgeable about the area, the history and was great on communicating details about the tour ahead of time. We live in the area and have been to Alexandria/Old Town many times, but Tim pointed out little things that we never noticed before. I'd definitely recommend Alexandria History Tours whether you are visiting from out of town and or if you live nearby!
