Poor services the lady worked there her name Gladys is not returning your phone call to answer your question, I did my tax with here and because she didn't submit my TAX to VA I ended up paying plenty !! never happens to me before ,, really poor services

Gladys is the nicest person I think anyone could ever meet and is very professional. I was refereed to see Gladys from a good friend of mine who has been going to her for a couple of years now. A couple things to say about Gladys is she is efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and educates you along the way. Very helpful. On a personal level, she is very empathetic to people’s situations and has wonderful stories to share with you during the time of visit if you are open and personable. Really good stories that show her character and why people like going to her. Thank you Gladys for your help. Even when you had some tough days recently. We really love seeing you.
