I put Mr. Kahn in touch with my husband for tax services. His situation is complex and Mr. Kahn let him know that he didn't have space to take him on. But, he did recommend a colleague who we are very happy with. All of this occurred over a weekend after reaching out on a Friday evening.

I was looking for a local CPA business to handle both personal tax returns and tax returns related to a trust. I connected with Stephen over the phone and he picked up within two rings.   He was extremely helpful and talked through my problems over the phone for quite a bit, long enough to determine how best or help me. My problem was immediate and Mr. Kahn was taking some time off for family so he referred me to a trusted peer to handle my issues. He introduced us and even confirmed prior to reaching out that his peer could handle the exact scope of my needs. Although I can't speak to his tax preparation abilities I have no doubt they are as excellent as the other reviewers all say. From the detail of his initial interview I can tell he knows taxes cold, and understands how to identify the correct tax strategy quickly. I was also impressed that he was so helpful to refer me to the service I needed, even on his day off when I called him out of the blue. Very pleased with my interaction with Stephen and I recommend him. This CPA has top notch business ethics, knows taxes, and is even friendly as well.

Where do I begin?  Promptness, professional, informational and down-right good guy!   They don't make them like Stephen anymore!  As others have noted, he is not taking clients, although, I wish he was, because I would be a client for life!  However, he did offer some sound advice and a referral which I will act upon.
