I have been going to Snatched consistently for about a year now. Both Synai and Tabby are an absolute pleasure. They each provide a unique, professional, and welcoming experience. I appreciate the fact that the establishment is very clean and inviting. But most importantly, the ladies here are very knowledgeable and they take pride in their work.

I came and saw Synai. I moved from Richmond and hadnt found an esthetician. She was amazing!! Ill definitely be back. Its very clean & sanitary, the customer service & attention to detail is on point. I will definitely be going back regularly.

The owner was knowledgeable about my skin condition and provided excellent service with a professional attitude. Ill definitely drive the hour plus through traffic for her to take care of my skin and waxing needs.

I get waxes often and this was by the far best Ive ever experienced both during the process and the after effects. The wax technician is so sweet and accommodating and does an EXCELLENT, thorough job. I felt very safe and cared for. I would recommend this place to all my friend or anyone seeking a wonderfully well done wax
