We had a fantastic experience with Amy O'Rourke and Compass. She was thorough, innovative, and spot on with her recommendations. She gave great advice, but with just the right gentle touch. Amy was wonderful to work with and was so professional and attentive to our needs. She was in constant communication with us which made the entire process run effortlessly. We also needed a painter, window/house cleaner and furniture donation pick up from our home and she enlisted professional assistance for each of these areas providing prompt and perfect service. Amy ORourke helped us sell our family home of 25 years, at 20% over list price (which certainly takes some of the sting out of selling your long time family home!). She was immensely patient as we struggled with making the decision to sell, including changing our minds once! Amy provided very helpful, and reasonable guidance on getting our home ready to sell. Amy is extremely knowledgeable on the market/market cycles, and provided invaluable advice when she encouraged us to pull our schedule forward due to increasing demand and competing homes coming to market. She was available and on-site to meet contractors and take care of last minute things, as we were out of town for an extended period when we made the decision to list sooner rather than later. Amy knew how to price in our market to get maximum exposure and garner maximum interest, and provided sound advice in assessing offers as they came in.
