Jordan and the Catherine Jouet team are absolutely fantastic!!! They made the buying process both easy and fun! Jordan helped me understand the process and what was happening every step of the way. We worked with Jordan for over a year before we found the perfect house. Jordan was extremely patient went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy.

If your looking for a home. They are the team to call. We were blessed to have found them threw Veterans United. Jordan not only found us a home but a home that fit our budget. He is patient and understanding with small children and understanding of our needs in finding the perfect home, Jordan was honest and took us under his wing and walked with us threw the whole process. The home buy experience can be tough and scary but with Jordan in our corner and by our side it was seamless and a great experience.

Ive worked with Catherine and Team Jouet on five real estate transactions in DC over roughly 10 years, including a recent row house purchase with Jordan. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Ive sold two condos with Catherine, one in Dupont and one in Logan Circle, and both times its been a breeze. She knew exactly how to prepare, stage and market them to maximize value and sell quickly. Jordan was extremely responsive while my wife and I were on the market for a new house this summer. He was always available to answer calls, texts and emails, as was Catherine. Were thrilled with the place we bought with their help.
Team Jouet has the experience and relationships to answer every question clearly and guarantee that their clients bids are competitive. I trust the advice I get from them fully. Not once have I felt rushed toward a decision I didnt want to make. (Years ago Catherine even advised against putting an offer on a house near U St -- the alleyway butted up against a sports bar and she wisely pointed out that Id be dealing with the rats digging through their trash.)
Ive referred Catherine and Team Jouet to friends in DC more times than I can recall, and Ill absolutely continue sending people their way. If you want to work with trustworthy, communicative and experienced realtors, look no further.

I worked with Jordan Cappolla in the first half of 2022 to purchase a home. It took a bit of searching to find a single family detached home within our budget. We really should have been looking at townhouses, condos, or duplexes but didnt want to go that route. Patience paid off and we found something. Jordan was helpful and had good communication throughout. Hes friendly and affable, certainly not pushy. Highly recommended.
