MaryAshley did a great job of walking us through the homebuying process, took the time to understand what we were looking for, served as our "boots on the ground" while we were conducting the process remotely, and utlimately helped us get a house (for asking price!) in the Bluemont neighborhood. Melanie was our agent when we moved to Old Town to rent. She helped us tour tons of places and led us to one that was barely posted, which we ended up leasing. After a great experience with Melanie for renting, we worked with Melanie to look for our first house. Melanie did an excellent job of helping us navigate a crazy market in a very popular area (Old Town). Were first time homebuyers and had our first offer accepted! I attribute a lot of that to Melanies knowledge on what sellers look for and her reputation in the area.

Melanie was an amazing realtor--she is very knowledgeable about the market and helped us along every step of the way. We were first-time home buyers, and she answered every question with patience, explanation, and additional resources. She was incredibly on top of things and, without her expertise and involvement, we would never have been able to compete with other offers. Due to her help and hard work, we were able to find a property quickly and got the first one we put in the offer for! I would recommend Melanie 100%.
