I contacted a listing agent multiple times over several weeks to set up a tour, and the agent would not coordinate to set up a tour. I thought the listing was taken, but I had a non-Sotheby's agent inquire about it to find out it was still available. The non-Sotheby's agent showed me the listing immediately. Then Sotheby's said the property was no longer available and provided contradictory information to him than in their initial call regarding property availability. I have family friends who are Sotheby's agents, and I can't believe the level of service for this branch. Not at all the level of Sotheby's nationally. Unacceptable. I am so upset by this experience that this is the first Google review I've ever written.
