Rachel Cleverly expertly guided us through three (covid-complicated) real estate transactions over the last six months, demonstrating over and over again a remarkable level of competence and professionalism. Most recently, Ms. Cleverly helped us stage and market an investment property and then orchestrated a bidding war that resulted in a sales price far above asking. Most importantly to us, Ms. Cleverly has proven to be the most empathetic, hardest-working, client-centered realtor weve ever encountered. We recommend her without reservation. I started working with Berkshire Hathaway's Stephen Raffaelli in 2016- we were in immediate need to sell my brother's home that he owned with friends. This was no easy task & he did not shy away- he knew exactly what was needed to do and had it sold in DAYS =) a year later I tasked him with selling my parents home which was in a very secluded location where we had no success trying to sell a few years before. He took the job and didn't even think twice!! He came out on multiple occasions even though it was hours away from his home and had the property under contract within a week! He even went above and beyond to help my parents find the perfect home to move into and recommended the best contractors to tweak the home and make it exactly what my parents needed. When it came time to sell my home he was very eager to help and did not disappoint! Once again, within 10 days I had a contract on my home for the full asking price! Being a first-time homeowner - while I was excited at the prospect of home buying the paperwork seemed overwhelming. Working with Elena and her team they were able to remove all my worries so that I could focus on finding a happy home. She worked with me to understand my priorities and set expectations for the new house. Elena went out of her way to ensure she was available any time and day to go look at homes; And send me market comps quickly so that I could make an informed bid on the house. She was meticulous in going over the paperwork and clarifying any questions I had. Elena was thorough, organized and ensured that everything was done on time and kept me very well informed. Procedurally I did not have to worry about anything or follow-up with other parties. Elena was effectively my single point of contact.Elena was available 24*7 and always quick to reply and/or call back. She was also proactively following up with other parties to make sure that nothing fell through the crack and everything was done timely. All through - her polite, courteous, and friendly disposition helped me make it through a tough sellers-market with my wits intact.
