This is the worst management company ever very unresponsive and jeff doesnt answer to emails either. Ive had multiple people from my complex to email him and months later no response. This whole company is a joke and needs to be shut down immediately.

When we were looking for a management company to take care of our jewel of a community we didn't think we would find one that would please us, as much as we've been please with TPP and Jeff Castillo! The property has been in the family for 2 generations, and every aspect of it's care mattered to us, from the landscaping of our beautiful gardens to the personal interest & excellent customer service given to each and every resident. and everything in between. From the very beginning of working with the TPP team, we have found that they genuinely care about what they are doing, and come with a vast amount of experience and wisdom in the industry to back up their desire to do a great job! We would absolutely recommend TPP as a management team for any size apartment building if you want first class service and experience!
