We loved our time here! Great communication and super friendly staff. We are sad we had to change daycares when we moved.

My kid loves this daycare. Especially miss Alma, Charlotte and Victoria who are always kind and ready to help. They have great outdoor space full of shade and tall trees for the summer. Great summer program with different activities for kids, animals, pet farms, concerts, water play, you name it. We've been here for more than a year and I have only great experiences with them.

I am not one to write reviews but I wanted to share our experience at Telegraph Road Kindercare in hopes of helping other families make an informed decision in their childcare needs. We currently have 3 children enrolled at this center. We have been with them for approximately 2 years. Under the previous director, we were looking to get out of that place as it seemed everyone was unhappy from teachers to children. About 4 months into our attendance, they brought in a new center director, Ms. Victoria, who has done a 180 degree turn with this place. She has made so many positive changes! What was once a mediocre childcare center, has become one of the best in the area. We speak from experience as we have come from several other centers to include a kindercare, which was beyond horrible (we lasted a week there)! Ms. Victoria, Ms. Alma and their teachers genuinely care about every child in that center. They treat them with kindness and love, as if they were their own. Ms. Victoria is the heart of this place and the glue that keeps it together! Under her supervision, you dont have to worry about leaving your child for the day, which is our number one concern as parents. They are in great hands! And unlike the previous Kindercare we attended, here we get constant updates through the kindercare app on our children from notes to photos and even videos. Ms. Victoria, Ms. Alma and the staff at Telegraph Road Kindercare are what make this center distinguish itself from others in this area. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We have had nothing but great experiences with the Telegraph Road KinderCare. Our child loves his teachers, and is excited to go see them each day. Our child always tells us about what is going on with such excitement, and what tells us all about the activities from the day with friends. Our child has a food allergy and the center is very good about making sure our child has the right food. The staff treat our child like family, and the love they show is fantastic. They are also very good at posting photos throughout the day, so we always know what is going on. I cannot recommend this center enough.

Very pleased with the staffs focus on the educational, social and emotional growth of my child . They quickly developed and implemented a kindergarten class to accommodate online public school, and to provide activities for after school. They utilize curriculum, and the staff are educated and loving teachers. My daughter loves her school and her teachers. Her typical response to questions about her school day ...so much fun! We have had a great experience here. The staff and director are very responsive and available. Highly recommend.
